as you envision. Our Food & Beverage Manager Jeff Weinstock will personally work with you, with our goal being to
exceed your expectations while helping you remain within your budget.
Private Banquet Room
Information Room Reservations Crystal
Lake Golf & Country Club would like to
host all your special events. We can accommodate parties from 10 to
200. Whether for a birthday, anniversary, or wedding reception
we welcome
the opportunity to serve you. Contact Jeff Weinstock to
set your date and make the event deposit. The deposit will be
subtracted from the total bill the
day or night of your event. Guarantee
We need your assistance in making your function a success. Please
confirm the number of your party a minimum of three day in advance of
your function for parties of 20 or greater. This will be the minimum
guarantee for your bill. This number guarantee must be confirmed with
the Food & Beverage Director. If no final guarantee is
received, we
will consider the number indicated when the original arrangement was
made to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests.
Deposit & Cancellations
A deposit of $150.00 will be required to confirm the reservation for
your event. All functions cancelled within two business of the
scheduled event will forfeit the deposit. Also, there will be a charge
of 50 % of the estimated total charges or the clubs' actual expenses,
whichever is greater. Cancellation must be 30 days prior to any planned
event in December. Members and
Non-Members
Members are always welcome to host parties at Crystal Lake Golf and
Country Club. If they wish they may
also sponsor non-members who desire to use the clubs' facilities. If a
member chooses to sponsor a non-member's function, all
charges,
deposits and payments will be applied to the member's account. The
member takes full responsibility for any costs or damages incurred by
their guests. Non-member functions will pay for room rental fees as
they apply. Room rental are as follows
for members. The Main dining room $200.00 for four
hours. The clubhouse is $ 1,250.00 for four hours.
Valet parking
If the event is of large scale the club will provide a valet, or
shuttle service depending on the size and duration of your function.
Applicable charges will be applied. Food
and Beverage
Please call Jeff Weinstock for a banquet packet for further
infomation at 770-471-3233. The club takes great pride in serving the
finest food and beverage from
around the world. No food or beverage are to be brought in or removed
from the club except prior agreed terms with the Food and Beverage
Director. A food minimum of $ 500.00 applies to the main dining room.
All food and beverage served at the club is subject to current service
charges and state and local tax. Payments
Payment of total balance is due the day of the event. We accept
American Express, Visa, Master Card, and approved company checks. No
personal checks. Special Events Menu
All
event menus are customized per event by our Chef, Tony Rossi. As no one
event is the same, Tony believes "no menu should be
duplicated; every
event
is a special celebration and the menu should represent this." |  |
